Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 8 nos bread slices


  • 2 nos mango(peeles,seeded and diced into small size)


  • 1/4 cups sugar


  • 2 cups milk


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 1 tsp ground cardamom

Directions

  • Cut the sides of the bread slices and keep it aside.
  • Take a bowl and mix sugar, milk and cardamom.
  • Toss together the pieces of bread and mango, pour into buttered baking dish.
  • Pour mix over it.
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until slightly puffed and golden brown.
  • Pudding is ready to serve.
